These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of GPS Photo Timestamp Camera (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided by the developer (“we”, “us”, “our”).

You must comply with applicable laws and Apple’s App Store rules to use the App. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to these Terms, you should use the App only with a parent/guardian’s permission.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms.
You may not:
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code (except where allowed by law)
Resell, rent, lease, distribute, or sublicense the App
Use the App in a way that violates any law or infringes someone else’s rights
The App may request access to Camera, Photos, and Location to provide features such as stamping photos with time and location data. You can manage permissions in iPhone Settings. Some features may not work if you deny permissions.
The App may create or process images, including overlays (timestamp, GPS coordinates, address, map) based on your settings.
You are responsible for:
How you use stamped photos and any information displayed on them
Ensuring you have the right to capture and share the photos you create
Complying with laws and policies where you use the App (e.g., workplace policies, privacy laws, property rules)
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any law or regulation
Harass, harm, or threaten others
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
Misrepresent a photo’s authenticity or use the App for fraud or deception
Some features may be offered through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
If you purchase a subscription:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Refunds and billing are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.
If your app has no IAP/subscription, you can delete this entire section.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle data.
The App may interact with third-party services (for example, Apple frameworks, maps, or sharing destinations you choose). We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their policies.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Location/address accuracy will always be correct (GPS, network, and geocoding limitations may apply)
Stamps/overlays will meet your specific requirements in every scenario
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App or subscriptions during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $0 if you paid nothing, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If you are using the App on behalf of a business, you agree that disputes will be handled in a competent court with jurisdiction.
