# Terms of Use (EULA) — Eid Magic

## 1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Eid Magic (“the App”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

## 2. The service

Eid Magic helps you create AI-generated Eid greeting images for personal sharing. Features, token limits, pricing, and availability may change. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

## 3. Accounts

The App may use anonymous sign-in (Firebase). You are responsible for activity on your device. Keep your device secure.

## 4. AI content and your responsibility

You are responsible for text you submit (prompts, names, quotes). Do not submit illegal, hateful, harassing, explicit, or infringing content. Processing is described in our Privacy Policy. Review all images before sharing. AI output may be inaccurate or inappropriate.

You receive a limited right to use images you generate for personal, non-commercial social sharing. We do not transfer ownership of AI models or weights.

## 5. Tokens and advertising

- Free daily tokens reset at midnight **Mecca time (Asia/Riyadh, UTC+3)**.

- Extra tokens may be earned through **rewarded advertisements** or **in-app purchases**.

- Tokens have **no cash value** and are not transferable.

- The App may show ads (Google AdMob) unless you have an ad-free entitlement.

## 6. In-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions

Purchases are processed by **Apple** via the App Store. Prices are displayed in the App before purchase.

### One-time purchases (consumables)

- **10 Eid Credits** (`eid_credits_10`) — consumable token pack 

- **30 Eid Credits** (`eid_credits_30`) — consumable token pack 

### Auto-renewable subscriptions

- **Eid Magic Monthly** (`eid_magic_premium_monthly`) — **1 month** — premium benefits including additional tokens, higher daily limits, and ad-free experience. Price shown in the App (e.g. $6.99/month). 

- **Eid Magic Yearly** (`eid_magic_yearly`) — **1 year** — same premium benefits. Price shown in the App (e.g. $49.99/year). 

**Payment:** Charged to your **Apple ID** at confirmation.

**Auto-renewal:** Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least **24 hours** before the end of the current period.

**Renewal billing:** Your account is charged for renewal within **24 hours** before the current period ends, at the price of the selected plan.

**How to cancel:** Open **Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions** on your iPhone, or **App Store → Account → Subscriptions**. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

**Manage:** You may change plans within the same subscription group where offered by Apple.

**Refunds:** Billing and refunds are handled by **Apple** under Apple’s policies. Contact Apple for refund requests.

**Price changes:** We may change subscription prices where permitted; Apple will notify you when required.

## 7. Acceptable use

You may not reverse-engineer the App, bypass token or ad verification, automate abuse, scrape services, or use the App to harm others. We may enforce these Terms without prior notice.

## 8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

## 9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
