These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Daily-Quotes mobile application (“Application”), created by Saad Saissi Hassani (“Service Provider”). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License Grant
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Application.
• Circumvent any technological measures implemented by the Service Provider to protect the Application.
• Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or otherwise exploit the Application for any commercial purpose without the Service Provider’s prior written consent.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Application, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary information, belong to the Service Provider. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Application.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Modifications to the Application
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Application; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
8. Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated by you or the Service Provider. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without notice from the Service Provider if you fail to comply with any term(s) of these Terms. Upon termination of these Terms, you shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies of the Application from your mobile device.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
