By downloading or using Cleaner AI Pro (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
2. What the app does
Cleaner AI Pro helps you review and clean your photo library on your device. It suggests items (such as blurry photos or duplicates) but never deletes anything automatically. You are always asked to confirm before any deletion, and deleted items go to "Recently Deleted" (30-day recovery).
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the photos, videos, contacts and events you choose to keep, delete, compress or move to the Vault. Always keep your own backups (e.g., iCloud). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data resulting from your use of the App, including deletions you confirm.
4. Subscriptions & purchases
Cleaner AI Pro requires a subscription or one-time purchase to unlock its features: Weekly, Monthly and Yearly auto-renewable subscriptions, or a Lifetime one-time purchase. A free trial (currently 3 days) may be offered to new, eligible users. Subscriptions and entitlements are managed using RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider (see our Privacy Policy).
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the period.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Prices may vary by region. All purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it (except as permitted by law), or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of data.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
