Terms of Use

By downloading the Chart AI app (hereinafter “App”) and using our service (hereinafter “Services”), Licensee agrees to be bound by the following terms of service:

This software license is entered into by and between Hleb Kuznetsov and the person licensing the Services (hereinafter “Licensee”).

The use of the Services by Licensee is subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “EULA”), which Licensee agrees to when using the Services. In addition, the following terms of service apply:

1. Subscription

If Licensee uses our Services on a paid subscription basis, the following terms apply:

1.1 Payment

The payment will be charged to Licensee’s iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

1.2 Auto-Renewing Subscription

• The subscription automatically renews until canceled in the Manage Subscriptions section of the Licensee’s iTunes account settings.

1.2.1 Payment Details

• The Licensee will be charged no more than 24 hours prior to the start of the latest subscription period.

• If the charge to the payment method cannot be processed for any reason (such as expiration or insufficient funds) and the Licensee has not canceled the subscription, the Licensee remains responsible for any uncollected amounts.

• We will attempt to charge the updated payment method, which may result in a change to the start of the next subscription period and may affect the billing date for each period.

1.3 Free Trial

If the App offers a free trial, and the Licensee decides to unsubscribe before being charged, they may cancel the subscription before the free trial ends to avoid payment.

2. Disclaimer & Liability

2.1 No Financial Advice

The information, trade signals, or trading recommendations provided within the Chart AI app are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. The App does not guarantee profitability, accuracy, or suitability of any trade execution or strategy.

2.2 User Responsibility

• All trading decisions made by the Licensee are their sole responsibility.

• The Licensee assumes full risk for any losses, financial damages, or consequences arising from the use of the App and its trade signals.

• The Chart AI app and its creators, including Hleb Kuznetsov, are not liable for any financial losses, investment decisions, or actions taken based on the App’s data or recommendations.

2.3 Market Risks

• Trading cryptocurrencies, stocks, or any financial instruments involves high risk, including the potential loss of all invested capital.

• Past performance is not indicative of future results.

• Licensee should consult a certified financial professional before making any financial decisions.

By using this App, the Licensee acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Use and accepts all risks associated with trading.
