Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Camping Weather mobile application (the "Service" or "App") operated by Marco Pohl - Tomatenmato Apps ("us", "we", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Billing: We offer premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly, Annual) and a one-time payment (Lifetime). All transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store.
Management: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled directly by Apple according to their respective guidelines and terms of service.
Informational Use Only: The camping index, breakfast recommendations, wind thresholds, and weather alerts provided by the App are for planning and informational purposes only. Weather conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably.
Personal Responsibility: Always prioritize your personal safety, use common sense, and strictly follow local safety guidelines and official storm warnings.
No Liability: We are not responsible or liable for any damage, loss, or injuries resulting from decisions made based on the weather predictions, indices, or notifications provided by the App (such as damage to awnings, tents, or other camping equipment).
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
