Welcome to BG Remover & Compressor. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
BG Remover & Compressor provides tools for background removal, image compression, and media conversion. All processing is performed locally on your device to ensure privacy.
The App may offer certain premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
Subscription Plans:
$29.99 per year
$6.99 per month
$2.99 per week
Billing: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
As stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not upload your photos, videos, or audio files to external servers. All processing happens on your device. You retain all rights to the content you process using the App.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, or international laws.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
Use the App to process content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
The App, including its code, design, icons, and original content, is the property of BG Remover & Compressor and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
