If you do not follow any of these rules or disobey them, i have legal rights to stike or request a takedown for your site/channel, etc
When you do Violate any of these rules, I will send a email / discord message and you need to respond withing 48 Hours or else i will take down the content / website
most of these rules apply to free content, Paid content only need to follow the following rules:
1. Do NOT distribute the content for free
2. You can indeed give your intro/logo to a friend but you are not allowed to give packs to your friend
3. Any hint of unlicenced use of my packs will result in a strike or takedown notice
Rules of free/given Stuff
In this Page i will go over various situations where you can or can't use my Logo's, intro's etc.
1. You can use my free intro templates with credit (in the description)
2. You CAN'T use my stuff (logo, intro, etc...) where it was submitted in a contest and no prize was won, which means you are NOT allowed to use my contest entry i made for it.
3. You cannot distribute any of my content for free, or paid (especially paid will be taken down) with the exeption of editing for someone else for free and credit given
4. When a contest doen not give a prize to anyone, you cannot use my entry in any way since there wasn't given any prize to anyone (see rule 2)
5. You can use my content in things such as intro tops or best designs, i'd be happy to have my design in it
6. All of these rules still apply to older content
7. every person will be handled the same regardless of friendship when violating the rules.
8. Content taken down can NOT be reuploaded with the exeption of removal of content made by me
