By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Sun - AI Music Creator is a mobile application that allows users to generate music using artificial intelligence. The App provides text-to-music generation, playback, download, and sharing features.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
Providing accurate registration information
Maintaining the security of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
2 generated tracks
MP3 128kbps downloads only
Standard quality generation
20 tracks per month
High-quality downloads (WAV 24-bit, MP3 320kbps)
No watermarks
Priority generation
Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchases
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
You retain ownership of the prompts and text you provide
Tracks generated through the App are granted to you with a royalty-free license for personal and commercial use
You may not:
Use the App to generate content that infringes on third-party copyrights
Redistribute the App or its underlying AI technology
Use the App for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
Attempt to reverse-engineer the App or its AI models
Create content that is hateful, violent, or explicitly harmful
The App, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is the property of the developer and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or brand assets.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
Interruptions or errors in the service
Loss of data or generated content
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Quality or suitability of AI-generated music for any particular purpose
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates.
