These Terms of Service govern your use of the My Padel Score app. My Padel Score is created by Egils Broks
(Broks Tech).

1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using My Padel Score, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use
the app.
Your use of the app may also be subject to Apple's applicable terms and standard end-user license agreement.
2. About My Padel Score
My Padel Score is a personal padel results, planning, and statistics app. It allows users to record final match
results and set scores, manage players, review match history and statistics, schedule reminders, share results,
and optionally import fitness summaries from Apple Health.
The app is not a live scoring service, professional coaching service, medical service, emergency service, betting
platform, tournament administration system, or official ranking service.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the app under the laws that apply to you. If you are below the age at which
you can agree to these Terms, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to them on your behalf.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
● Entering accurate match, player, profile, and scheduling information.
● Obtaining any permission required before entering another person's name, information, or photo.
● Keeping your device secure and maintaining any backups you consider necessary.
● Using shared results responsibly and respecting other people's privacy and rights.
● Following applicable laws, club rules, competition rules, and Apple platform terms.
● Deciding whether optional HealthKit information is appropriate for your personal use.
5. Health and fitness disclaimer
If you choose to import HealthKit data, My Padel Score may display summaries such as heart rate, active energy,
and workout duration. This information is provided only for general personal reference.
The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, injury prevention advice, or emergency
assistance. Do not rely on the app to make medical decisions. Stop activity and seek appropriate professional or
emergency help if you have a health concern.
6. Match data and statistics
Statistics are calculated from information stored in the app. Results, win percentages, opponent records, monthly
performance, and other summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate if information is entered incorrectly,
changed, or deleted.
My Padel Score does not verify results and is not responsible for disputes concerning match results, club
rankings, league standings, tournament records, or shared result cards. App-generated information should not be
represented as an official record unless the relevant organization accepts it as such.
7. Notifications and scheduling
If enabled, the app may schedule local match reminders. Notifications can be delayed, blocked, or unavailable
because of device state, permissions, Focus settings, system settings, or operating system behavior. You remain
responsible for managing your schedule and attending matches.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
● Use the app in violation of applicable law or another person's rights.
● Enter unlawful, abusive, defamatory, deceptive, or infringing content.
● Use the app to harass, monitor, profile, or harm another person.
● Attempt to interfere with the app, bypass security measures, or introduce harmful code.
● Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
● Misrepresent app-generated statistics or shared results as verified or official records.
9. Intellectual property
My Padel Score, including its software, design, name, graphics, and app content, is owned by Egils Broks or the
applicable licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app in accordance with these Terms and applicable
Apple terms.
You retain responsibility for information you enter. You permit the app to process that information locally as
necessary to provide its features.
10. Apple and third-party services
The app relies on Apple platform services, including iOS, SwiftData, HealthKit, local notifications, Photos Picker,
and the iOS share sheet. Availability and operation of those services are controlled by Apple and are subject to
Apple's terms and privacy policies.
When you share information through another app or service, that third party's terms and privacy policy apply after
you choose to share.
Apple is not responsible for support or maintenance of My Padel Score except as required by applicable Apple
terms or law.
11. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy for My Padel Score, which explains what information
the app handles and the choices available to you.
12. App availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the app or individual features. We do not guarantee that every
feature will remain available, work with every device or operating system version, or operate without interruption.
Updates may be required to continue using the app. We are not responsible for failures caused by unsupported
devices, outdated operating systems, denied permissions, Apple service outages, or circumstances outside our
reasonable control.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Padel Score is provided "as is" and "as available" without
warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not guarantee that the app will be
uninterrupted, error-free, completely accurate, secure against every threat, or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Egils Broks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunities, goodwill, or reputation
arising from use of or inability to use the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount
you paid for the app, if any, during the twelve months before the claim arose.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including any mandatory consumer
protection rights available to you.
15. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. Your rights under these Terms end if you materially breach them. We
may suspend or discontinue the app where permitted by law. Provisions that by their nature should continue after
termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations, will remain in effect.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms when the app, our practices, or legal requirements change. Updated Terms will
show a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after revised Terms become available means you accept them,
except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory
consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. Any mandatory rights available where you live
remain unaffected.
