1. Eligibility

2. What Ruby Is

Ruby is a social discovery app that helps users create profiles, share scenes, discover people through profile signals, and start conversations with more context.

Ruby does not guarantee any specific connection, response, visibility, or result.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and the information you provide.

You agree not to create fake accounts, impersonate others, share your account, mislead other users, or use Ruby if you have been banned.

4. User Content

You may upload or share photos, profile details, scenes, prompts, messages, interests, and other content.

You are responsible for your content. By sharing content on Ruby, you allow us to host, display, process, moderate, and use it to operate and improve Ruby.

You must not post content that violates laws, third-party rights, or these Terms.

5. Community Rules

Ruby does not allow:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or abuse

• Hate speech or discrimination

• Scams, spam, fraud, or impersonation

• Illegal activity

• Content that exploits or harms minors

• Sharing another person’s private information without permission

• Any unsafe, abusive, or objectionable content

We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Safety and Moderation

Ruby may use automated tools, manual review, and user reports to help keep the app safe.

Users can report or block other users in the app. Reported content may be reviewed for safety, enforcement, and support purposes.

7. AI-Assisted Features

Ruby may use AI-assisted tools to organize user-provided information, such as prompts, interests, scenes, and profile details.

AI features may help generate profile signals, summaries, or conversation context. Ruby does not use AI to create fake users, impersonate users, or send messages on your behalf without your action.

8. Messages and Interactions

You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Ruby does not verify everything users say or share.

Use caution when sharing personal information or communicating outside the app.

9. Paid Features

Ruby may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

Payments made through Apple are handled by Apple. Paid features do not guarantee any specific connection, response, or result.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account in the app through:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

After deletion, your profile will no longer be visible. We may retain limited information if needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse Ruby, create safety risks, or if required by law.

12. Disclaimer

Ruby is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ruby after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
