1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brush Buddy mobile application ("App")

operated by Dental Spaces LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing,

or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the

App.

2. Description of Service

Brush Buddy is a children's tooth brushing companion app designed for children ages 2-8+. The

App provides timed brushing sessions, songs, stories, and rewards to encourage healthy

brushing habits. The App is intended for entertainment and educational purposes and is not a

substitute for professional dental advice.

3. Eligibility and Parental Consent

The App is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the App, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child using

the App and that you consent to their use. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy

Protection Act (COPPA).

4. User Accounts and Data

The App does not require account creation. All data, including child profiles, brushing

history, and preferences, is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or

store any personal information on external servers. Deleting the App will permanently remove

all data.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers premium features through in-app purchases, including a lifetime unlock and an

annual subscription. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play

Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Subscriptions

automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing

period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to songs, stories, illustrations,

animations, and software code, is the property of Dental Spaces LLC and is protected by

derivative works from any App content without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) use the App for

any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App; (d)

use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

8. Camera Usage

The App uses your device's front-facing camera solely as a mirror so children can see

themselves while brushing. No photos or videos are ever captured, recorded, stored, or

transmitted. Camera access is optional and can be disabled at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express

or implied. Dental Spaces LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free,

or free of harmful components. The App is not a medical device and does not provide dental or

medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dental Spaces LLC shall not be liable for

any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits

or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other

intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dental Spaces LLC, its officers, directors,

employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from

your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our sole discretion, without

notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or

third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the

"Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the

revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New

Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration

in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State

of New Jersey. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class

action.
