Moon Message is an offline oracle card app. There is no account, no login, and no website service. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Moon Message calculates the current moon phase on your device and lets you draw a card from a 36-card deck. Each card gives a message, a reflection question, a small action, and an affirmation for that phase. You can save readings to your own device. Everything works offline.
2. Free use and Premium
Moon Message is free to use. Every day you can see the current moon phase, draw one card, and read its full message, reflection question, small action, and affirmation. This is free forever, with no time limit, no account, and no payment. You can draw one card per day.
Premium is optional. A Premium subscription unlocks saving your readings and viewing your saved history. Everything described above stays free whether or not you subscribe.

Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription, priced at US$1.99 per month or the equivalent in your local currency. The exact price for your region is shown in the app before you confirm.
New subscribers are offered a 7-day free trial. Eligibility is determined by Apple. If you have used a trial for this subscription before, it will not be offered again, and the app will not display it to you.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial if you have one.
The subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can cancel at any time in Settings on your device: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Moon Message. Cancelling stops future renewals; the subscription remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Cancelling during a free trial before it ends means you are not charged. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase the subscription before the trial ends.
If you previously purchased the ad-removal option in an earlier version of Moon Message, that purchase is honoured permanently and gives you full Premium access at no cost. Use Restore Purchases in the app to reactivate it.
Your saved readings are stored on your device. If your subscription lapses, readings you already saved are not deleted from your device — you simply cannot add new ones or open the history until you subscribe again.
Moon Message contains no advertising and never has advertising in this version.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and charged to your Apple Account. We never receive your payment details.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. To request one, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Use Restore Purchases in the app if you change or reset your device.
Oracle cards can be a lovely way to pause and look at a situation from a fresh angle, but they are not an exact science. Moon Message is provided for reflection and entertainment only. Please use your own judgement and common sense.
Nothing in the app is professional advice. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it must never be used in place of advice from a qualified professional. Never delay or ignore professional advice because of something a card said. Any decision you make based on a reading is your own responsibility.

Moon Message is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. If you are under that age, please use it only with a parent or guardian's permission. It is your responsibility to make sure using the app is permitted where you live.
The card texts, artwork, moon illustrations, name, and design of Moon Message are owned by Mohamed mariouch and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial reflection. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or republish the card content, or extract it from the app, without written permission. You may not reverse-engineer or modify the app except where the law allows it.
We may update, change, or discontinue the app or any of its features. We may also update these terms; the current version is always the one published at this address. If a change is significant, it takes effect 30 days after it is posted. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of your country of residence, or our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.
Saved readings are stored only on your device. Please keep your own device backups; we cannot recover data that is lost, and we are not responsible for data lost through device failure, deletion of the app, or an operating system update.
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first — most things are resolved that way. If we cannot resolve it directly, we agree to attempt mediation with a mutually agreed mediator in Morocco, sharing the mediator's costs equally. If mediation does not succeed, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Morocco.
If you are a consumer, nothing here removes the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of your own country of residence, or your right to bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
