By downloading or using Lucky Face Watch, these Terms and Conditions will apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.
Lucky Face Watch is provided by Mohamed Mariouch. The app, its content, trademarks, design, and related intellectual property rights belong to Mohamed Mariouch. You may not copy, modify, distribute, translate, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Premium Subscription
Lucky Face Watch offers optional auto-renewable premium subscriptions.
With Premium, you get unlimited access to premium watch faces, premium app icons, and regularly updated content available inside the app.
Available subscriptions may include:
Monthly Premium
Duration: 1 month
Price: $0.99 per month, or the equivalent price shown in the App Store for your country or region.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Use of the App
Some features of the app may require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Mohamed Mariouch is not responsible if the app does not work fully because you do not have internet access or because your device has no data allowance.
If you use the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, your mobile network provider’s terms may still apply. You may be charged for data usage or roaming. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges.
You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or modify your device in a way that removes security protections, as this may affect the app’s functionality and your device security.
Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services and libraries, including Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics, Apple StoreKit, SDWebImage, and Agrume. These services may process technical, diagnostic, authentication, purchase-related, or usage information as needed to provide and improve the app.
Changes to the App and Terms
We may update the app or these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective when posted.
We may also stop providing the app or any part of the Service at any time. If the Service is terminated, the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will end, and you must stop using the app.
