By accessing or using Internet Speed Test , you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use . These Terms apply to all users of the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and revocable license to use the App solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may harm us or others.
Internet Speed Test offers auto-renewable subscriptions, providing access to premium features:
Auto Renewing Subscriptions
For auto-renewing subscriptions completed in our iOS App, the following terms apply:
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
Payment will be charged to the iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
An account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

$7.99 per month (auto-renewable)
$29.99 per year (auto-renewable)
$9.99 per week (auto-renewable, includes 3-day free trial)
You agree not to:
Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App.
Use the App for any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive purposes.
Interfere with the operation of the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Use any automated tools or software to scrape or extract content from the App.
Upload or transmit any viruses or malicious code.
All content, features, and functionality within the App, including design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of Internet Speed Test or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any part of the App without our written permission.
The App may collect performance data such as test results or feedback. You agree that:
You are responsible for the data you share or submit.
You will not provide false or misleading information.
We may store, analyze, or use the data to improve our services or for research and reporting.
The App may link or integrate with third-party services such as analytics or advertising platforms. We are not responsible for these third-party services or their content, privacy policies, or practices. Your interactions with them are solely between you and the service provider.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:
That the App will always be secure or error-free.
That the speed test results will be accurate or reflect real-time network performance.
That all bugs or issues will be resolved.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Internet Speed Test, its affiliates, developers, partners, and licensors from any claims or losses (including legal fees) resulting from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the App inappropriately. Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App, and continued use after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
