These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hexa Color Blast - Color Sort mobile game (“Game”), developed and published by Muhammad Nauman Safdar (Independent Developer).
By installing or playing this Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Game.
By accessing or playing the Game, you acknowledge that you:
Accept and agree to these Terms, and

If you disagree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please discontinue use.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on your personal mobile devices.
You may not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Game
Use cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, or exploit bugs
Copy or redistribute the Game or its visual assets
Circumvent security, licensing, or anti-fraud mechanisms
Use the Game for illegal activities
This license grants you access to gameplay features such as:
Hexagonal puzzle levels
Color sorting mechanics
In-game rewards
Game skins, themes, and boosts
All assets (icons, tiles, designs, characters, music, effects, animations, etc.) remain the intellectual property of Muhammad Nauman Safdar (Independent Developer).
The Game provides:
Puzzle levels
In-game coins and rewards
Animations, sound effects, and holiday events
Optional power-ups and extra moves
You agree that:
Your gameplay progress is stored locally or through platform services (Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, where applicable).
You will not engage in actions that disrupt gameplay or abuse leaderboard systems.
You are responsible for ensuring your gameplay complies with local laws.
Muhammad Nauman Safdar (Independent Developer) is not responsible for:
Loss of game data due to device issues
Unauthorized modifications, rooted devices, or emulator use
Issues caused by third-party tools, game boosters, or cheats
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases such as:
Coin bundles
Extra moves
Booster packs
Ad-removal upgrade
Seasonal offers
Purchases are handled by:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
Uptodown Purchase System (if enabled)
Other stores if support is available

Does not store or process your payment details
Does not control refund policies of app marketplaces
Is not responsible for failed payment attempts
⚠️ On Huawei AppGallery, Xiaomi GetApps, OPPO Store, RuStore, and Aptoide Connect:
In-app purchases may not be supported, meaning premium features (e.g., ad removal) may not function until supported in a future update.
The free version of the Game may display ads from approved third-party networks.
By playing, you acknowledge that:
Ad content is provided by external ad networks
We do not control the displayed ad content
Ads may appear during gameplay or between levels
You can remove ads by purchasing the ad-removal feature (where available)
Ad networks cannot access gameplay data such as puzzle layout, tile colors, or internal game files.
You agree not to:
Interfere with servers, gameplay logic, or multiplayer functions (if added)
Use exploits to gain unfair advantages
Attempt to manipulate game code or in-app purchase systems
Submit offensive content through usernames, reviews, or messages
Resell, rent, lend, or distribute the Game
If you violate any of the above, we may restrict or terminate your access.

You agree to the marketplace’s distribution, content, and privacy declaration requirements.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You misuse the Game or its services
Required by platform policies or legal authorities
Your license ends immediately upon termination.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Error-free gameplay
Constant availability
Uninterrupted operation
Compatibility with all devices
Events, rewards, difficulty, and game mechanics may change as part of updates.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muhammad Nauman Safdar (Independent Developer) is not liable for:
Loss of progress or game data
Technical issues with your device
Issues caused by third-party ads
Failed or duplicate purchases (handled by platform providers)
Gameplay interruptions or event changes
Damages resulting from unauthorized modifications
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to uninstall the Game.
We may update these Terms at any time.
