These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Motor Sport Easy mobile application (the "Service"), operated by Motor Sport Easy ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Motor Sport Easy is a motorsport information and event application that provides users with access to motorsport race and event information, schedules, notifications, reminders, broadcast information, and optional subscription-based features.

The information provided through the Service is intended for general informational purposes. Race schedules, times, locations, broadcast information, and other event details may change and may be updated without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that all race or event information will always be complete, accurate, current, or available.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your country or region to use the Service.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; and

• The information you provide to us is accurate and current.

If you are using the Service on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Motor Sport Easy may provide information obtained from third-party sources, publicly available information, broadcasters, event organizers, or other sources.

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of race schedules

• Race start times

• Event locations

• Broadcast availability

• Broadcast channels

• Race results

• Event cancellations or postponements

• The availability of any particular event or information

Motorsport events can change or be cancelled without notice. Users should verify important event information with the relevant official event organizer or broadcaster.

Motor Sport Easy is not responsible for losses, missed events, or inconvenience resulting from inaccurate, delayed, incomplete, or changed event information.

7. Notifications

If you enable notifications, the Service may send notifications relating to races, events, reminders, broadcasts, and other Service-related information.

Notification delivery may depend on your device, operating system, network connection, notification permissions, and third-party notification services.

We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered at a particular time or at all.

You may disable notifications through your device settings.

8. Subscriptions and Purchases

Motor Sport Easy may offer optional paid subscriptions or other in-app purchases.

Purchases made through the iOS version of the Service are processed through Apple's App Store and applicable Apple In-App Purchase systems.

Purchases made through the Android version of the Service may be processed through Google Play Billing.

We do not directly process or store your complete payment-card information.

Subscription prices, billing periods, trial periods, and available features will be displayed through the applicable app store or within the Service before purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable app store to charge the applicable amount according to the selected subscription terms.

9. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Where recurring subscriptions are offered, subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled according to the applicable app store's subscription management rules.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple, cancellation and subscription management are handled through the user's Apple account and App Store subscription settings.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, cancellation and subscription management are handled through the user's Google Play account and subscription settings.

Deleting the Motor Sport Easy app does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through the applicable app store.

10. Refunds

Refunds for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are generally subject to the applicable store's refund policies and procedures.

Motor Sport Easy does not control payment processing or refund decisions made by Apple or Google.

Where permitted by applicable law, refund requests should be submitted through the applicable app store.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Motor Sport Easy application, including its software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and other original materials, belong to Motor Sport Easy or its applicable licensors.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:

• Copy or reproduce the Service

• Modify or create derivative works

• Distribute or publicly display our proprietary materials

• Sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service

• Use our trademarks or branding without permission

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, race names, team names, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services, including Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple App Store services, Google Play services, hosting providers, payment infrastructure, and other third-party technologies.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, security, or policies of third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

14. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Motor Sport Easy account through the account deletion functionality available within the application.

Account deletion may result in the permanent removal of your account and associated information, subject to information that we are required or permitted to retain under applicable law.

Deleting your account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. You must cancel subscriptions through the applicable app store.

15. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance

• Updates

• Technical problems

• Network failures

• Server issues

• Security incidents

• Third-party service interruptions

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
