By downloading, installing, accessing, or using HZ Frequency Generator (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
## Description of Service
HZ Frequency Generator is a mobile application that provides sound frequency therapy and healing frequencies for relaxation, focus, meditation, sleep, and wellness purposes. The App offers various audio frequencies and playlists designed to support mental and emotional well-being.
## Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
- If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
## Account Registration
- You may be required to create an account to access certain features
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
## Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
### Subscription Plans
- Weekly Plan: $3.99/week with a 3-day free trial
- Yearly Plan: $14.99/year
- Lifetime Plan: $49.99 (one-time purchase)
### Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase
- Free trials, if offered, will convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends
### Refunds
- Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy
- We do not provide refunds for subscriptions except as required by law
- If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period
## Free Content
- The App provides limited free content, including 4 free sounds (one from each category: Sleep, Relax, Meditate, and Focus)
- Access to additional content requires a subscription
- We reserve the right to modify the free content offerings at any time
## User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
## Intellectual Property
- The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App
- All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners
## Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Any defects or errors will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

IMPORTANT: HZ Frequency Generator is provided for entertainment, relaxation, and wellness purposes only. The App is NOT intended to:
- Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease
- Replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have experienced in this App.
## Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Personal injury or property damage
- Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
## Indemnification

- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
