These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DreeBie mobile application operated by DREEBIE SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED, located at Near Vit College Jatoli, Kanker Khera, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India, 250001.

By accessing this application, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use DreeBie if you do not agree to all the terms stated on this page.

1. Service Eligibility and Area

• Service Area: DreeBie provides services specifically in Meerut (Kanker Khera, Modipuram, and surrounding areas).

• Location Access: To provide features, we collect your location information with your prior permission. We reserve the right to cancel orders if the location is outside our service zone.

2. User Accounts

• Registration: You must create an account to access our services.

• Verification: Account creation is managed via Email OTP verification to ensure security.

• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Laundry & Dry-Cleaning Services

• Care Instructions: We follow the care labels on garments. If no label is present, we use standard cleaning procedures; DreeBie is not liable for damages in such cases.

• Stain Removal: While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee 100% stain removal as some stains are permanent.

• Color Bleeding: We are not responsible for color bleeding or shrinkage, especially in new or delicate fabrics.

• Forgotten Items: Please check all pockets before handover. DreeBie is not responsible for valuables (cash, jewelry, etc.) left in garments.

4. Payments and Billing

• Offline Model: DreeBie operates on an offline payment model.

• Accepted Methods: Users can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD) or via UPI QR Code provided by our delivery personnel at the time of delivery.

• No In-App Storage: We do not collect or store credit card or banking information within the application.

5. Pickup and Delivery

• Timing: Estimated time slots are provided for convenience. Delays due to traffic, weather, or technical issues are not subject to compensation.

• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled until the pickup person has reached your location.

6. Limitation of Liability

• In case of proven damage or loss of a garment due to our negligence, DreeBie’s maximum liability is limited to 10 times the service charge of that specific item.

• We are not liable for natural wear and tear or garments older than 1 year.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of DreeBie is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your Personal Data, including location and contact lists.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut.
