Welcome to AGA App, the official mobile application of the Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque. By downloading, accessing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
By using the AGA App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
The AGA App serves as a digital platform for the Municipality of Gasan.
Data Origin: Information regarding local ordinances, announcements, and government services is sourced directly from the official records of the Municipality of Gasan.
Accuracy: While we strive to keep information up-to-date, the Municipality of Gasan does not warrant that all content is error-free or reflected in real-time. In case of discrepancy, the physical records held at the Municipal Hall shall take precedence.
Users agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app’s systems or networks.
Using the app to distribute any malicious software or "spam."
Impersonating government officials or other users through the app’s interactive features.
LGU Assets: The official seal, logos, and specific government content within the app are the intellectual property of the Municipality of Gasan.
Software: The application framework and code are managed by the authorized developer, Raynier Ashley Nobleza, under contract with the LGU. Users may not decompile or reverse-engineer the application.
The Municipality of Gasan and its developers shall not be held liable for:
Any technical issues, downtime, or loss of data.
Decisions made by users based on the information provided in the app.
Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
The app may contain links to external sites (such as the DILG portal or official social media pages). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party platforms.
The Municipality of Gasan reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

The Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque ("we," "us," or "the LGU") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal data of our constituents.
