These Terms govern your use of AGApp, the official mobile application of the Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque. By using AGApp, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
AGApp may provide municipal announcements, tourism information, community reporting, emergency information, maps, marketplace services, messaging, and support services. Features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable for maintenance, safety, legal, or operational reasons.
AGApp does not replace police, fire, ambulance, medical services, emergency hotlines, or other official emergency channels. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
AGApp does not guarantee emergency response time, availability, accuracy of third-party information, or the outcome of a report.
You are responsible for content you submit. Do not submit false, abusive, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or harmful content.
We may review, moderate, remove, restrict, or retain content to provide services, protect users, investigate reports, prevent abuse, or comply with law.
Sellers must provide accurate shop, product, price, availability, and delivery information. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their transactions and communications.
AGApp may display listings and coordinate orders but does not guarantee product quality, availability, delivery, seller conduct, or transaction outcomes.
You must not abuse emergency or reporting services, impersonate others, harass users, submit fraudulent content, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, misuse marketplace or messaging features, or reverse engineer AGApp.
AGApp may contain links or integrations from Apple, Google, Facebook, Supabase, Firebase, map providers, payment providers, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
AGApp, its design, logos, software, text, and original content belong to the Municipality of Gasan or authorized developers and licensors.
Information may be delayed, incomplete, changed, or provided by third parties. Do not rely on AGApp as the sole source for urgent, medical, legal, safety, or emergency decisions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the app, commit fraud, threaten safety, or create legal or operational risk.
You may delete your account through My Account → Delete Account. You must type DELETE and may need to re-authenticate. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Certain records may be retained when legally required or necessary for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, security, or municipal recordkeeping.
AGApp is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, the Municipality of Gasan and its authorized developers are not responsible for service interruptions, inaccurate third-party information, user-generated content, delivery issues, marketplace disputes, or decisions made solely from information displayed in AGApp.
We may update these Terms when services, laws, or features change. Continued use after publication means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be handled by the appropriate courts and authorities with jurisdiction over the Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque.

AGApp is the official mobile application of the Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, protected, retained, and deleted when you use AGApp.
Depending on the features used, AGApp may collect:
Name, email address, phone number, and physical address
Profile information and user ID
Precise or approximate location
Photos and videos
Community reports and emergency response tickets
Reviews, listings, messages, and support requests
Marketplace orders and delivery details
Device or installation identifiers
Crash, performance, and technical diagnostic information
Identity-verification information, where applicable
We use information to authenticate accounts, provide municipal, tourism, emergency, community, marketplace, messaging, and support services; process reports and orders; send notifications; prevent abuse; maintain security; troubleshoot technical problems; and comply with law and public-safety obligations.
Camera and photo-library access is requested only when you choose to capture or upload photos or videos for reports, emergency tickets, profile verification, marketplace listings, reviews, or support requests. These permissions are optional, but related features may not work without them.
AGApp may use precise or approximate location for reports, emergency workflows, maps, municipality detection, responder tools, destinations, and location-based services. Background location is used only when an authorized responder or vehicle-tracking feature is enabled. Location access can be disabled in device settings.
AGApp may send announcements, emergency updates, report status changes, messages, order updates, and other service notifications. Notifications can be disabled in device settings.
Users may submit reports, photos, videos, listings, reviews, messages, and support requests. We may review, moderate, remove, restrict, or retain content to protect users, respond to reports, prevent abuse, investigate disputes, or comply with law.
Information may be shared with authorized municipal personnel, emergency responders, relevant service operators, authenticated marketplace participants, cloud and infrastructure providers, and authorities when legally required or necessary for public safety.
AGApp does not sell personal information or use it for cross-company advertising tracking.
AGApp may use Supabase, Firebase, Apple Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, Facebook authentication, map providers, geocoding services, notification services, and other infrastructure providers. These providers may process information under their own policies.
Information is retained only as necessary for service delivery, legal obligations, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and reliable operation. We use encrypted connections, access controls, database security policies, and restricted service access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
You can delete your account through My Account → Delete Account. You must type DELETE and may need to sign in again.
Deletion removes the account and associated personal data, including applicable profile information, reports, messages, uploaded content, and marketplace records. Information may be retained where required by law or necessary for safety, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or municipal recordkeeping. Deletion cannot be undone.
AGApp is not specifically directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information in violation of applicable law.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information and may disable optional permissions such as location, camera, photos, and notifications.
We may update this Policy when the app, services, or legal requirements change. Updates will be published with a revised date.
