By submitting content:
You confirm you have the legal right to use and share that content.
You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
You understand that AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate or suitable for all purposes.
You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated results.
We are not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
You agree not to:
Share illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
Distribute spam, unauthorized advertisements, or pyramid schemes.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the app’s servers.
Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful software.
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
Impersonate any person, organization, or app representative.
Failure to comply may result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
All app content, including but not limited to:
Design
Logos
Features
Templates
AI systems
Code and graphics
are the intellectual property of Ahmad Raza, unless otherwise stated.
User-submitted content remains yours, but you grant us a limited license to use it for operating, improving, and maintaining the Service.
Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of our app content is prohibited.
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal period.
Continued access depends on successful payment.
Pricing and plans may change with notice.
We may offer free trials for certain features.
Eligibility criteria may apply, and trial terms may change without notice.
If not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription may convert to a paid plan.
Payments are charged to your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Manage subscriptions in your Apple App Store account settings.
Refund requests must be made directly through Apple.
Payments are charged to your Google Play account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Manage subscriptions via Google Play settings.
Refund requests must follow Google Play’s refund policies or be submitted within the permitted timeframe.
We do not control third-party store billing systems.
Unless required by law:
In-app purchases are generally non-refundable.
Refund eligibility depends on the platform’s policies (Apple or Google).
Subscription cancellations prevent future charges but do not automatically refund previous payments.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
We do not guarantee:
Continuous or uninterrupted service
Error-free performance
Accuracy of AI-generated content
That the Service will meet all user expectations
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ahmad Raza shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or profits
Errors in AI outputs
Service interruptions
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
Remove content that breaches policies.
Refuse service at our discretion.
Users may discontinue use at any time by uninstalling the app.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
