By downloading, installing, or using Adventurous Hail, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. License to Use the App
Cham Tech Creations grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Adventurous Hail on compatible devices.
You may not:
Modify, copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense the app
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Game Content and Intellectual Property
All graphics, animations, sounds, scripts, and code are the exclusive property of Cham Tech Creations and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may customize in-game settings (such as colors or controls) as permitted by the app, but you may not use any game assets outside the app for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
3. Ads and In-App Purchases
The app includes Rewarded, Interstitial, and Native advertisements powered by Google AdMob.
Ad content may be personalized based on device identifiers and ad preferences.
Cham Tech Creations is not responsible for third-party ad content, external websites, or services accessed through ads.
In-App Purchase – Remove Ads
Adventurous Hail offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove ads.
Payments are processed securely through the Google Play Store
Purchases are subject to Google Play’s payment and refund policies
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
Removing ads does not affect gameplay content or progression
4. User Conduct
By using the app, you agree not to:
Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Hack, cheat, exploit, or manipulate the game or its code
Interfere with servers, ads, or normal app functionality
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access to the app.
5. Data Collection and Privacy

We do not collect personal information such as your name or email address.
Non-personal data such as device information, crash logs, and gameplay analytics may be collected automatically to improve app performance and stability.

16 years of age (European Union)
Parents or guardians may contact us to request deletion of any data related to their child.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app will be compatible with all devices or OS versions
Use of the app is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cham Tech Creations is not liable for:

9. Termination

Upon termination, all rights granted under this agreement will immediately cease.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
