# SENSA Terms of Use
**Effective date: July 14, 2026**
These Terms of Use (the **“Terms”**) govern your access to and use of the SENSA mobile application and related services (collectively, **“SENSA”** or the **“Service”**) provided by **Limbic Apps Yazilim Ltd Sti.** (**“Limbic Apps,” “we,” “us,”** or **“our”**).
By downloading, accessing, or using SENSA, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our [Privacy Policy](./PRIVACY_POLICY.md). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
## 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use SENSA. The Service is not directed to children or anyone under 18.
## 2. What SENSA Does
SENSA lets you submit chat exports, selected screenshots, and related context for AI-assisted conversation analysis. It may generate observations, summaries, relationship insights, scores, quotes, and answers to follow-up questions.
SENSA uses automated artificial intelligence. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, or unsuitable for your circumstances. They do not represent verified facts and are not a substitute for your own judgment.
## 3. Informational and Entertainment Use Only
SENSA is provided for personal informational and entertainment purposes. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, employment, or other professional advice. SENSA must not be used to diagnose a condition, determine whether someone poses a danger, make high-impact decisions, or replace qualified professional assistance.
If you believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional. Do not rely on SENSA in an emergency.
## 4. Your Content and Other People’s Privacy
**“User Content”** means any text, chat export, screenshot, image, question, name, timestamp, relationship context, or other material you submit through SENSA.
You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You grant Limbic Apps a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide right to host, transmit, format, and process User Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service and provide the requested analysis.
Conversations often contain personal information belonging to other people. You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that:
- you have the lawful right and any permission required to submit and process it;
- your use does not violate another person’s privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights;
- you will submit only content reasonably necessary for the analysis; and
- you will not submit highly sensitive information unless you are legally entitled to do so and understand the associated risks.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content. Our handling of User Content is described in the Privacy Policy.
## 5. Acceptable Use
You may not use SENSA to:
- break any law or violate another person’s rights;
- harass, stalk, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or harm another person;
- upload content obtained through unauthorized access, surveillance, or interception;
- submit unlawful sexual content, content involving the exploitation of minors, or content that promotes violence or self-harm;
- make automated eligibility, employment, housing, credit, insurance, legal, medical, or similarly high-impact decisions about a person;
- reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, overload, disrupt, or bypass security or usage limits of the Service;
- probe or attempt to obtain our source code, models, prompts, credentials, or non-public systems; or
- use generated output as proof of another person’s intent, honesty, mental state, guilt, or wrongdoing.
We may reject content, limit access, or suspend or terminate use where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, the Service, or our legal obligations.
## 6. AI Processing
To provide an analysis, SENSA transmits the content you choose to our cloud endpoint and to Google’s Gemini API for automated processing. Limbic Apps does not place submitted raw chats or screenshots into its own persistent server database or cloud storage. Additional details, including local device storage and Google’s processing practices, are in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated output may not be unique, and similar output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or sharing them.
## 7. Subscriptions and Purchases
Some features require a paid, auto-renewing subscription. Available products, billing periods, prices, trial or promotional terms, and included features are shown in the app before purchase. Store-displayed pricing and terms control if they differ from other descriptions.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and managed with RevenueCat. By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable store’s payment and subscription terms.
- Payment is charged to your store account when the purchase is confirmed.
- Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price disclosed by the store.
- You may manage or cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting SENSA does not cancel a subscription.
- Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law or provided by the applicable store, fees already charged are non-refundable and no partial-period refund is provided.
- You may use **Restore Purchases** in the app for eligible purchases.
We may change subscription features or future pricing. Any price change will be handled with the notice or consent required by the applicable store and law.
## 8. Intellectual Property
SENSA, including its software, design, branding, graphics, text, and other materials supplied by Limbic Apps, is owned by or licensed to Limbic Apps and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use SENSA on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with applicable store rules.
## 9. Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third parties, including Google Cloud/Firebase, Google Gemini, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play. Their services may be unavailable, changed, or governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent products, decisions, or acts, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
## 10. Service Changes and Availability
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and our obligations to active subscribers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability, compatibility with every device, or preservation of local data.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, and store account.
## 11. Termination
You may stop using SENSA at any time. You can delete locally stored history through the app’s settings and may uninstall the app. Subscription cancellation is a separate step described in Section 7.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, abuse the Service, or if continuing the Service is no longer commercially or technically feasible. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions.
## 12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SENSA is provided **“as is”** and **“as available.”** Limbic Apps disclaims all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, availability, and that outputs will meet your expectations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
## 13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limbic Apps and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, opportunities, or relationships arising from SENSA or AI-generated output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Limbic Apps through SENSA during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD 50.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, death, personal injury, or mandatory consumer protections.
## 14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Limbic Apps harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful User Content, your violation of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these Terms. This section does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Limbic Apps.
## 15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts and enforcement offices in Istanbul, Türkiye will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law entitles you to bring a claim in another court or under another law.
Before filing a claim, please contact us at **support@limbicapps.com** so we can try to resolve the issue informally. This does not restrict any mandatory right or filing deadline.
## 16. App-Store-Specific Terms
If you downloaded SENSA from Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Limbic Apps, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for SENSA or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the applicable license terms. Your use must comply with the App Store Usage Rules. Where applicable, Apple’s standard licensed-application terms also apply.
If you downloaded SENSA from Google Play, your use must comply with the Google Play terms and policies applicable to you.
## 17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to SENSA, law, or our practices. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using SENSA and cancel any active subscription.
## 18. General
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified only as much as necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, reorganization, sale, or by operation of law, subject to applicable rights. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Limbic Apps concerning SENSA, except for terms presented at purchase or required by an app store.
