DevFlowStudio does not control user-generated content and is not responsible for its accuracy or legality.

6. Fees and Purchases

6.1 Service Access

Some features of the Service may require payment or subscription. Fees are charged for access to the Service, not for ownership of software.

6.2 Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your Account. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account (for iOS users) or Google Play Account at the confirmation of purchase. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as:

• Google Play Store

Your use of payment methods is subject to the payment provider’s terms.

Prices may change at any time with notice.

6.3 Subscription Fees

Subscriptions are billed at the time of purchase.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Access to subscription services begins once payment is confirmed.

6.4 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchases.

6.5 Automatic Renewal

Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Billing: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play settings at any time after purchase.

Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties (Service Provided “As Is”)

You expressly understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

DevFlowStudio expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Accuracy or reliability of results

• Continuous or error-free operation

DevFlowStudio does not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Any defects will be corrected

• The Service will be secure from unauthorized access

• Data loss will never occur

You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data where appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevFlowStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loss of data

• Loss of profits

• Loss of business opportunities

• Service interruptions

• Device or system damage

In no event shall DevFlowStudio’s total liability exceed:

(a) The total amount you paid to DevFlowStudio during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

(b) Fifty U.S. Dollars (USD $50.00), if no payments were made during that period.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

9. Remedies and Enforcement

9.1 Violations

If DevFlowStudio becomes aware of any suspected violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to investigate such activity.

Where permitted by law, DevFlowStudio may disclose information related to your use of the Service in order to:

• Comply with applicable laws or legal processes

• Enforce these Terms

• Respond to claims of rights violations

• Provide customer support

• Protect the rights, property, or safety of DevFlowStudio, users, or the public

9.2 Breach of Terms

If DevFlowStudio determines that you have violated these Terms, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

(a) Issuing a warning

(b) Removing or restricting your content

(d) Canceling your subscription

(e) Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities

(f) Taking any other lawful action deemed necessary

9.3 No Re-Registration After Termination

If your Account is terminated due to violation of these Terms, you agree not to attempt to create a new Account using a different identity or method.

You acknowledge that termination due to violations may result in loss of access to the Service without refund, where permitted by law.

DevFlowStudio reserves the right to enforce these restrictions as necessary.

10. Miscellaneous Legal Terms

10.1 Electronic Communications

By using the Service, you agree to receive communications from DevFlowStudio electronically.

Communications may include:

• Emails

• Notifications

• Messages within the Application

• Updates posted on the website or within the Service

You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

10.2 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from DevFlowStudio.

DevFlowStudio may assign its rights or obligations under these Terms without restriction.

If any dispute arises between you and DevFlowStudio, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally first.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration or legal proceedings as permitted under applicable law.

You agree that disputes will be handled individually and not as part of a class action or group proceeding, unless prohibited by law.

10.5 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevFlowStudio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal proceedings related to these Terms shall be conducted in a competent court within that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, including a valid email address.

DevFlowStudio may send notices to you via:

Notices are considered delivered when sent.

10.7 Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of any future enforcement of that provision or any other provision.

10.9 App Store Terms

The availability of the Application may depend on third-party platforms such as:

• Apple App Store

• Google Play Store

You acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and DevFlowStudio, not the App Store provider

• DevFlowStudio is responsible for the Service and Application

• Your use of the Application must comply with applicable App Store rules

10.10 International Use

The Service may be accessed from different countries.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Service.
