Termite Empire is provided by Almost Apps. For privacy questions or requests, contact almostapp@gmail.com.
GAME PROGRESS ON YOUR DEVICE
Termite Empire does not require a player account. The game stores colony progress, consumed wood, settings, discoveries, collections and reward timers on your device so you can continue playing. The game does not send these saved gameplay records to an Almost Apps server. Device or operating-system backup services may handle app data according to your device settings.
You can reset your colony through the game’s confirmation-protected reset option or remove locally stored app data through your device’s app-storage settings. Clearing app storage removes your saved progress and preferences. Device backups are controlled separately by your device or backup provider.
OPTIONAL ADVERTISING
The Android app uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. When advertising services operate, Google’s advertising SDK can collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account-related identifiers, including the Android advertising ID. Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Its SDK transmits this data using encryption in transit.
The game does not request precise GPS location for gameplay. Advertising data is handled by Google and its advertising services, rather than being part of the locally saved colony records.
See Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites for Google’s practices. Advertising-service retention varies by data type and purpose; Almost Apps does not promise a fixed deletion period for Google’s records.
YOUR ADVERTISING CHOICES
Watching reward ads is optional. Normal gameplay works offline, and the campaign can be played without watching ads.
Where applicable, Google’s consent interface is presented before ad loading. Available choices depend on your location and the advertising configuration. When the Ad privacy choices control is available in Settings, you can revisit those choices. Android also provides controls to reset or delete the advertising ID. Changing an identifier does not itself delete all previously collected advertising records.
SUPPORT MESSAGES
If you email Almost Apps, your email address and the information you choose to send are used to respond to your request and maintain relevant support records. Resolved support correspondence is retained for up to one year after resolution, then deleted. Please do not include sensitive information or entire device backups. Support correspondence is handled through the support email provider.
You can contact almostapp@gmail.com about deleting information you provided directly to Almost Apps. Requests about advertising data may also need to be directed to Google because Almost Apps cannot identify or erase every record held by an advertising provider.
INTENDED AUDIENCE
Termite Empire is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to Almost Apps, please contact almostapp@gmail.com.
CHANGES AND CONTACT
This policy may be updated when the app’s data practices change. The effective date above identifies this version. Contact almostapp@gmail.com with questions about the policy.
