A massively built almost pro athlete, Overhook is a brutal close combat fighter. He also excels at psychological tactics and can be  useful during negotiation and interrogation. He currently holds an NCO rank in the Iron Grenadiers and has been hand-picked by Destro in case the mission turns physical.

Born in rural Phillipines to a modest fishing family, his early life was full of athletic pursuits and organized sports. He played college  football before being drafted into the NFL, where he broke his tibia during training  camp - ending that career.

Following this, he joined Cobra in the Martial Arts Division, where he met Kurayami, and was picked to transfer to the Iron Grenadiers.

This mission is a chance for Overhook to rise in the Grenadiers to a position of greater leadership and standing.
