# Christmas App Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Christmas App ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
## 2. App Description
Halloween App is an iOS application that allows users to style and modify images using credits purchased through the App Store.
## 3. User Accounts and Payments
3.1. Credits are purchased through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms and conditions.
3.2. One (1) credit allows for the styling of one (1) image.
3.3. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.
3.4. Unused credits remain valid and do not expire.
## 4. Image Usage and Rights
4.1. Users retain all rights to their original images uploaded to the App.
4.2. Users grant the App a limited license to process and modify their images for the purpose of providing the App's services.
4.3. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use and modify any images they upload.
## 5. Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Upload inappropriate or illegal content
- Attempt to circumvent the credit system
- Reverse engineer or modify the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Share or transfer credits between accounts
## 6. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
## 7. Intellectual Property
7.1. The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. The styling algorithms and filters remain our intellectual property.
## 8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
## 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
## 10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
