About

Terence is a second year PhD student at the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University. Prior to this, he completed his undergraduate degree in Economics at Auburn University.

Terence is multi-faceted and has developed talents in many different disciplines, but he is most passionate about producing strong economic research that will bring about quantifiable changes in the world and academy. He aims to gain expertise through education and partnering with academic professionals, and he wants to use the knowledge gained to make a positive change in his immediate environment.

Research

Terence's research interests include Market Design and Public Economics. His current research agenda employs dynamic matching methods to analyze child welfare systems (foster care) with an emphasis on creating useful tools for practitioners to evaluate their efficacy.
