Participation
Who can apply
The conference is targeted at late-stage master students, PhDs, postdocs and young researchers in Physics, Material Science and Engineering. Those who fall into the previous categories can apply to be speakers in the Oral Session and the Poster Session. Participation as an auditor is not formally restricted. No participation fee is required whatsoever.
Requirements
To attend the conference you need to fill the participation form (a google account is required). You will be asked to provide your curriculum vitae and proof of enrollment at your university / institution. If you want to participate as a speaker in the Oral Session or the Poster Session, you need to upload a one-page abstract in PDF format, including title, authors and references.
Talks for the Oral Session will be 20 minutes long + 10 minutes for questions.
Deadlines
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 31/08/2023
All abstracts submitted after the above-mentioned date will not be considered.
The list of accepted abstracts, both for the Oral and Poster session, will be communicated on 05/09/2023 via email and on this website.
