Welcome to the quantum matter theory group page. I am the PI, Yi-Ping Huang. I am an assistant professor at National Tsing Hua University¹, and Joint Appointment Assistant Research Fellow at the Institute of Physics, Academia Sinica², Taipei.
Our group starts from 2021.02.01. We study in and out-of equilibrium quantum matter with various theoretical and numerical tools. Here is a 10 mins introduction of our group.
For incoming students: We are looking for students with strong motivation to explore emergent quantum phenomena. Research projects in our group require a strong background in quantum mechanics and positive attitudes toward unknown physics. Feel free to contact me if you want to work with us :)
For postdocs: We are also looking for postdocs who have a strong theoretical background(analytic or numerical) in correlated systems. Please contact me if you want to join our group.
