THIS IS AN OFFICIAL NOTICE FROM THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK
Dear Republicans and Independents,
The purpose of this notice is to inform you that in order to guarantee Democracy in New York State, my office has spent nearly unlimited resources to compile a list of Democratic Party candidates, and determine the required amount you MUST contribute to their campaigns in order to assure their elections in 2020 and beyond. The highest contributions I am demanding will be for Progressive first time Democratic Party candidates running for seats currently "safely" held by members of your registered parties. Mandatory contribution amounts for Democratic party candidates will then be reduced based on a sliding scale, factoring in things such as their number of terms served, percentage of registered democrats in your district, political polling results, how progressive the candidate is, and anything else my office decides to add. This will generate a "score" of 0-100 for each candidate in your district, which equates to the percentage of your New York State GROSS TAXABLE INCOME that you are required to contribute.Failure to voluntarily participate in this mandatory new program, will result in your wages being garnished, property and other assets being seized, and you being remanded to your local Democratic candidates campaign headquarters for the remainder of the election cycle, where you will be forced to call other members of your party, to advise them who they must vote for, and warn them of the consequences they face for failure toYour
