B&b TEODORICO

Il nostro B&b è a gestione familiare e si trova nel centro storico di Ravenna, è facilissimo da raggiungere a piedi perchè vicino alla stazione ferroviaria ed è al limite della ZTL, con possibilità di parcheggiare anche in spazi gratuiti per lungo periodo. L'abitazione è dotata di due ingressi indipendenti per cui avrete tutta la privacy che desiderate per il vostro soggiorno in città, c'è una piacevole vista sui tetti di Ravenna in quanto siamo al 4°piano ma tranquilli c'è l'ascensore.

La camera è spaziosa con un grande letto matrimoniale, tv 40", aria condizionata, WiFi, bagno privato con doccia, un angolo per la colazione privata con microonde, frigo, macchina per il caffè e bollitore.

Parliamo oltre all'italiano anche inglese, un po' di francese e il dialetto Romagnolo per cui, sarà un piacere avervi nostri ospiti.

Our B&B is family managed and is located in the historic center of Ravenna, it is very easy to arrive by walking because we are near the railway station and it is on the border of the ZTL, with the possibility of parking even in free spaces for long period. The house has two independent entrances so you will have all the privacy you want for your stay in the city, there is a pleasant view over the roofs of Ravenna as we are on the 4th floor but don't worry there is a lift.

 The room is spacious with a large double bed, 40" TV, air conditioning, WiFi, private bathroom with shower, a private breakfast corner with microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle.

We speak italian, we also speak english, french and the Romagna dialect, so it will be a pleasure to have you as our guests.
