Short Bio

Souhardya Modak holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology (MSIT), Kolkata, and an M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Thermal Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Durgapur. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the Department of Energy Science and Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur. His research focuses on the design and analysis of turbines, compressors, engines, and refrigeration systems, as well as the application of photovoltaic (PV) technologies in power generation.
