We have nearly two decades of experience in neuroscience, data analysis, and coding. Our early research focused on pathogenic mechanisms driving calcium dysregulation in neurodegenerative diseases. We accelerated quantification of immunofluorescent staining and calcium imaging using custom scripts. Since 2019 we have focused on developing an efficient and versatile computational pipeline for 3D microscopy (e.g., light sheet microscopy).
