Getting Started

How do I record a blood pressure measurement?

Open the app and use the scroll wheels on the Home screen to set your  Systolic, Diastolic, and Pulse values. Tap Save Measurement when done.

The app will instantly classify your reading (Normal, Elevated,  Hypertension Stage 1–2, Crisis, or Hypotension).

How do I set up my profile?

Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner and select Profile. Enter  your name, age, gender, weight, and height, then tap Save Profile. Your

profile is stored only on your device.

Features

Measurements (Chart)

The Measurements tab shows a chart of all your saved readings. You can pinch to zoom, pan left and right, and tap any bar to see the exact  values for that entry.

History

The History tab lists all your readings from newest to oldest, with the date, time, and blood pressure classification for each entry.

Export to PDF

In the History tab, tap the Export PDF button to generate a report of all your readings and share or save it to your device.  You receive 2 free PDF exports per day. The credit counter is shown on the Export PDF button. Credits reset automatically every day.  If you run out of credits, tap Export PDF and choose Watch Ad to earn 1  additional credit immediately.

Health Tips

The Measurements screen shows 3 randomly selected health management tips  each time you open it. Tips cover diet, exercise, sleep, hydration,  medications, and more.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my data sent to any server?

No. All your measurements and profile information are stored exclusively  on your device. Nothing is transmitted to us or any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings (accessible from the side menu) and tap Delete All Records. This permanently removes all saved measurements. This action cannot be undone.

Why does an ad appear when I save a measurement?

Bloodsio Diary is a free app. A short full-screen ad occasionally appears after saving a measurement (roughly every 3–5 saves) to support development.

Why can't I export a PDF — it says "No Credits Left"?

You have 2 free PDF exports per day. After using both, you can watch a  short rewarded ad to earn 1 extra credit, or wait until the next day when  credits reset automatically.

The ad for earning credits isn't loading. What do I do?

Ads require an internet connection and may take a few seconds to load  after opening the app. Wait a moment and try again. If the problem  persists, check your internet connection.

The chart shows no data. Why?

The chart only appears after you have saved at least one measurement. Go  to the Home tab and save a reading first.

How do I change the app language?

Bloodsio Diary automatically uses your device's system language. Supported  languages are English, Turkish, Russian, German, French, Italian, and  Greek. To change the language, update your device's system language in your phone's settings.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Where is my data?

All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all stored measurements and profile information. There is no cloud backup.

Is Bloodsio Diary a medical device?

No. Bloodsio Diary is a personal tracking tool only and does not constitute  medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your blood pressure readings and health decisions.
