2025 TAGS 50th Anniversary Tournament Result

Thank you to everyone who came out to play, watch, or support our incredibly fun 50th Anniversary Tournament!

On August 23rd at Hart Field, we celebrated the 50th anniversary of TAGS with a tournament and bench dedication. We had swag bags for all, cake, and other treats.

Over fifty players participated in a casual round-robin doubles format.

As we mark 50 years of tennis, camaraderie, and community, we want to extend our deepest gratitude to every player who has been part of this incredible journey. Your passion, dedication, and sportsmanship have shaped our organization into what it is today. Whether you've been with us since the early days or just joined, your contributions have made a lasting impact on our local tennis community.

WHO WE ARE

We are the Tennis Association of Greater Spokane, or TAGS, a non-profit association run by volunteers who love tennis. We organize yearly Spring and Summer leagues for TAGS members at a variety of levels and age groups in the Spokane area. We also support youth tennis by organizing a summer league for players under 18, and by granting scholarships to youth members who demonstrate a desire to improve their game and who exhibit exemplary sportsmanship. In 2019, we became a 501 (c) (3) non-profit, eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions to support tennis in our community. We are run by a volunteer board that wanted more opportunities for the public to play tennis.

HOW WE PLAY

TAGS organizes the leagues and players themselves arrange the dates, times, and locations of their own matches. The winning player or team reports their scores by clicking on "score reporting' in the banner above. The TAGS League Coordinator keeps track of the official results and you can view the standings in the banner above also. If you notice any errors please email us at tennisspokane@gmail.com. Players who complete all their matches in each season receive the coveted custom TAGS T-shirt. ☺️

Youth (17 and under) Summer Leagues: June 20 - September 30

Adult Spring League: April 1-June 30

Adult Summer League: July 1 - September 30

WHAT DOES IT COST

Each league is $12 per person. There is a late fee of $10 for registering or paying after the deadline. Click on the "Adult Leagues" or "Youth Leagues" tab to register for the 2025 season.

Family membership $40 per year (Spring & Summer Seasons)

Single Adult membership $25 per year (Spring & Summer Seasons)

Single Youth (17 and under) membership $10 (Summer only Season)
