This Privacy Policy applies to the Tennis Match Tracker mobile application on supported platforms, including Android and iOS.
Tennis Match Tracker stores information entered or generated through use of the app, including player names, match information, scores, statistics, court-map entries, coaching information, preferences and trial progress.
This information is stored locally on the user's device and is used to provide the app's scoring, match history, analysis, coaching, backup and restoration features.
Tennis Match Tracker does not require users to create an account.
Tennis Match Tracker does not:
collect personal information on an external developer-operated server
sell or share user information
contain advertising
use advertising identifiers
use third-party analytics or tracking services
automatically upload match or player information
Player names, match records, coaching information and other information entered into the app remain on the user's device unless the user chooses to export, back up or share that information.
Users may create backup or export files containing information stored within Tennis Match Tracker.
These files are saved or shared only to a location or service selected by the user.
The developer does not automatically receive or access backup or exported files.
Users are responsible for safeguarding files they choose to export or share.
Tennis Match Tracker may offer an optional one-time purchase providing lifetime access to premium features.
On Android, purchases are processed through Google Play. On iOS, purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and Apple's in-app purchase system.
Tennis Match Tracker does not receive or store payment card or banking information.
The app receives only the purchase or entitlement information necessary to determine whether lifetime access has been purchased and to unlock or restore that access.
Purchases are also subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of Google or Apple.
If a user chooses to send feedback, rate the app or open an external link, the request may be handled by another application or service, such as the user's email application, web browser, Google Play or the Apple App Store.
No feedback is transmitted automatically by Tennis Match Tracker.
Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices.
Tennis Match Tracker is a sports scoring, match analysis and player-development tool. It is not specifically designed or marketed as a children's app.
Parents, guardians and coaches are responsible for information they choose to enter about junior players.
The app does not automatically transmit junior player information to the developer.
Users may delete individual matches, clear stored history or remove the application from their device.
Removing locally stored information from the app or uninstalling the app does not delete backup or export files that the user has separately created or saved elsewhere.
Those files remain under the user's control and must be deleted separately if desired.
Tennis Match Tracker uses local device storage and the security protections provided by the user's operating system and device.
No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Tennis Match Tracker is designed to minimise unnecessary collection and transmission of user information.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if Tennis Match Tracker's features, supported platforms or data practices change.
The effective date at the top of this policy will be updated when material changes are made.
