Pithecophobia VR does not collect personal data directly. However, the app uses third-party services that may access or process limited data needed to enable game functionality.

We use the following services for multiplayer, voice chat, and to help moderate players:

We process the following data:

Voice Data – Transmitted in real-time for in-game voice chat (never recorded or stored)

Nickname - Can be set in game and changed by the user only. It is used to track which player is who, for moderation purposes (such as banning, giving moderators permissions, etc.)

User identifiers - A unique PlayFab ID

Gameplay stats - In-game currency, cosmetic inventory, leaderboard placement, etc.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the data above only to:

Allow real-time multiplayer interaction and voice communication

Keep track of which player is who for moderation purposes.

Have in-game currency and cosmetics.

We do not use this data for advertising, tracking, or reselling.

3. How Your Data Is Stored and Managed

We do not store your data directly.

Any data handled by third-party services like Photon or Meta/Oculus is governed by their own privacy policies.

We do not sell or share your data with external advertisers or analytics platforms beyond what is required for game functionality.

4. How to Request Deletion of Your Data

We do not collect or store personal data ourselves.

5. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or process any data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used this app, please contact us.
