Time Calculator van Tempo Apps Studio werkt hoofdzakelijk op je eigen toestel. Je hebt geen Time Calculator-account nodig. De app bevat geen advertenties of marketingtracking. Je berekeningen en planning worden niet naar een server van Tempo Apps Studio gestuurd.
Je kiest zelf of je gegevens naar een agenda, back-upmap, cloudopslag of andere app exporteert. De vermeldingen onder ‘Verzamelde gegevens’ in Google Play omvatten ook deze optionele overdrachten naar de door jou gekozen diensten en de verwerking van aankopen door Google Play. Dat betekent niet dat Tempo Apps Studio al je agenda’s, documenten of financiële gegevens ontvangt.
Lokale gegevens: verwijder items in de app waar die functie beschikbaar is. Voor alle lokale appgegevens: Android Instellingen > Apps > Time Calculator > Opslag > Gegevens wissen (de benaming kan per toestel verschillen). Hiermee wis je ook je lokale instellingen. Exporteer eerst wat je wilt bewaren.
Back-ups en exports: verwijder bestanden uit de door jou gekozen map of clouddienst; leeg zo nodig ook de prullenbak van die dienst. Schakel automatische back-ups uit als je geen nieuwe bestanden wilt. Agenda-items: verwijder ze in de betreffende agenda. Het wissen van TC verwijdert geen bestanden of afspraken uit externe diensten.
Verwijderingsverzoek aan Tempo Apps Studio: mail contact.to.tempo.app@gmail.com met onderwerp ‘Time Calculator – gegevens verwijderen’. Vermeld welke gegevens je wilt laten verwijderen en gebruik bij voorkeur het e-mailadres waarmee je eerder contact opnam. Stuur geen wachtwoorden, betaalkaartgegevens of volledige agenda mee. Er is geen TC-account nodig om dit aan te vragen.
Dit verzoek geldt voor persoonsgegevens die je aan ons stuurde, zoals supportberichten, contactgegevens, bijlagen en correspondentie over een cadeau-licentie. We verwijderen die gegevens na controle van het verzoek, behalve wat noodzakelijk moet worden bewaard voor wettelijke verplichtingen of de afhandeling van een lopend geschil; als dat van toepassing is, leggen we uit welke gegevens en hoe lang. Er geldt geen extra vaste bewaartermijn na verwijdering. Wij hebben geen toegang om gegevens uit jouw toestel, eigen cloudopslag, agenda-account of Google Play-aankoopadministratie op afstand te wissen. Voor die gegevens gebruik je de bovenstaande stappen en de verwijderingsmogelijkheden van de betreffende dienst; we kunnen je daarbij helpen.
Time Calculator primarily stores your data on your device. No TC account is required. There are no ads or marketing trackers, and Tempo Apps Studio does not operate a server receiving your calculations or planning. Optional calendar, backup, export and Google Play purchase features involve your chosen providers; the Play data safety disclosure includes these transfers.
To request deletion of personal information you sent to Tempo Apps Studio, email contact.to.tempo.app@gmail.com with subject ‘Time Calculator – data deletion’, describing the information to delete, preferably from the address used for your earlier contact. This covers support messages, contact details, attachments and gift-licence correspondence. Do not send passwords, payment card details or your full calendar. After verifying the request, we delete that information unless retention is necessary for legal obligations or an ongoing dispute; we explain any such exception and its duration. There is no additional fixed retention period after deletion.
To delete local app data, use the app’s available delete controls or Android Settings > Apps > Time Calculator > Storage > Clear data. Delete exported files and backups in your selected storage provider, and events in the relevant calendar. Disable automatic backups to stop new backup files. We cannot remotely erase your device, personal cloud/calendar accounts or Google Play purchase records. Those providers’ deletion and retention procedures apply. Contact us if you need guidance.

Time Calculator works primarily on your Android device. Tempo Apps Studio does not operate a server receiving your calculations or planning content. Depending on the features you use, local data can include calculation history and favourites, work records and entered rates, shift definitions and planning, notes, important dates, stopwatch sessions, selected cities, calendar selections and app preferences. This information supports the functions you choose to use.
With your permission, Time Calculator reads calendars and events available through Android's calendar provider, including calendars synchronised by other apps or account providers. When you choose features that create, update or delete calendar events, the app requires calendar write access. Calendar content can include event titles, dates, times, descriptions and locations.
Events written to a calendar may be synchronised to your calendar provider or visible to people with access to that calendar, according to its sharing and account settings. Tempo Apps Studio does not receive these calendar contents. You can manage permissions in Android Settings. Revoking permission does not automatically delete events already written to a calendar.
The app may request calendar read/write permissions and notification permission for the corresponding features. It also uses Android scheduling and boot support to manage reminders. Reminder delivery depends on your device settings, permissions and battery restrictions. Select only calendars and storage destinations you intend the app to use.
Pro offers manual backups and optional automatic backups in a folder you select through Android's file picker. The selected document or storage provider controls whether that destination is local or synchronised to a cloud service. Automatic backups retain the three most recent automatic backup files; older automatic files may be removed as part of retention. Disabling automatic backup stops future automatic backups, but does not delete existing backup files.
Backups contain supported app data and settings; they do not transfer Google Play purchases or gift-licence entitlements. If you choose a cloud storage destination, backup files and their contents can be transferred to that provider. Contents may include calendar entries and selections, calendar account names (which can be email addresses or account identifiers), notes, calculation history, work records and entered rates or earnings. These transfers are optional and support the calendar, backup, restore or export feature you select. Keeping data local does not require enabling cloud backup or calendar publication. Export and sharing features create files in formats supported by the selected feature, including reports and calendar files. Files are sent to the destination or receiving app you select. Its privacy and sharing practices apply. Tempo Apps Studio does not receive a copy merely because you create a backup or export. Treat exported and backup files as potentially sensitive and protect their storage location. Backup files are not password-encrypted by Time Calculator.
Android's automatic app backup is disabled for Time Calculator. This is separate from the app's own optional file-based backup features.
Pro is an optional one-time purchase. Voluntary coffee contributions are separate, repeatable purchases: they do not grant Pro access and do not create a subscription. Google Play processes payments and purchase records under Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy. The app uses product identifiers, purchase status and purchase tokens to confirm purchases, restore Pro and allow a completed coffee contribution to be purchased again. Tempo Apps Studio does not receive your card number or bank credentials through the app.
Google Play also processes device metadata, the app version and installed app modules or asset packs to check whether an update is available and its size. This update processing is performed by Google Play, uses encryption and follows Google's retention practices. It is not advertising or marketing analytics operated by Tempo Apps Studio.
Gift licences use a locally generated installation identifier and a corresponding activation code. If you send your code to Tempo Apps Studio to request a gift licence, the developer receives the information you voluntarily provide. A backup does not act as a transferable Pro licence.
Time Calculator does not include advertising, behavioural tracking or third-party marketing analytics. If you contact support, the developer receives your message, contact details and any attachments you choose to send. Avoid sending unnecessary personal or calendar information. External services, including Google Play and your chosen calendar, file or sharing providers, operate under their own privacy policies.
Local app data remains until removed through the app or Android storage controls. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local app data, but does not necessarily remove exported files, backups or events stored in external calendars. Delete those separately through the relevant provider if desired. Restoring a backup can replace supported local app data; review the app's confirmation before proceeding. Support correspondence is used to handle your request; contact us if you want to request deletion of information you sent to support. There is no Time Calculator account or central cloud database of your planning to delete. Tempo Apps Studio cannot delete files, calendar entries or purchase records held in your own external service accounts; use the relevant provider’s controls and retention or deletion procedures.
Private local app storage is protected by Android's application security mechanisms. No storage method is completely secure. Protect your device and any destinations you choose for backups or sharing. Time Calculator is a general-purpose utility, not specifically directed at children. Tempo Apps Studio does not knowingly collect children's personal information through the app.
