3rd Grade Special Events

Weekly Religious School Community Time

Our school community will gather each Sunday morning when we are in session. During this gathering we will sing, learn Hebrew Through Movement words, take a deep breath together and have a chance to get to know and have fun with our entire community. All 3rd grade students and families are invited to join this Zoom gathering. This is a great way to introduce your child to the larger religious school community.

Informal Hangouts

Attention, students in grades 3, let’s hang out together. Longtime Temple Isaiah teacher Gail Maurer will be facilitating drop-in groups on Tuesdays and Fridays, from 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm. On Tuesdays be part of creating our end-of-the-religious-school-year video! Come to share thoughts and ideas! We will need editors and producers. If you want to be involved at any level, please let us know, and we will get you involved. On Fridays, join us for a few games at the end of the school week. Have some fun and get ready for Shabbat! Shabbat Club

Our Friday night Shabbat workshop opportunity designed especially for families with children in grades 1-5. Shabbat Club meets the first Friday of each month from 5:30 pm - 6:15 pm via Zoom or Facebook Live.

Siddur Ceremony

We will honor our 3rd grade students during our Shabbat and Sukkot Zoom service. Family and friends are invited to share in this special simcha (joyous time).
