Temple Info Desk Premium is an independent browser extension that helps pilgrims prepare supported TTD booking forms. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).
The extension may store user-provided details such as pilgrim names, ages, gender, email, address details, gothram, photo ID information, saved profiles and form-filling preferences. This information is used to provide the extension’s form-filling features.
For Premium access, the service processes an email address, payment and order identifiers, payment status, license information, and a hashed device identifier. Razorpay is used to create and verify payments. The server uses this information to manage license activation, device binding and expiry.
Information is used to provide saved-profile and form-filling features, verify payments, validate licenses, and provide customer support. Users should review all information entered into booking forms before submitting them.
Payment-related information is exchanged with Razorpay as needed to process and verify payments. Any other data-sharing arrangements must be disclosed if applicable.
Saved profiles may remain in browser storage until users delete them or clear the extension’s data. Server-side payment and license records may be retained for operational, support, legal or accounting purposes. Actual retention periods should be specified by the service operator.
The service uses server-side payment verification and hashed identifiers for certain license and device checks. No electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
