The following are situations where a Temple Guard may/may not attack a hostile.
Temple Guards may not engage an enemy unless the hostile has passed the Kill on Sight line or has directly attacked a Jedi or a Temple Guard while close to the line.
Temple Guards may chase an opponent who attacked first up to a certain point. See the figure below for more information.
Temple Guards may not attack innocent players on the hostile team if they are exploring, unless they pass the Kill on Sight line.
If a Host is commanding, Temple Guards may engage any non-neutral hostile who is within engagement boundaries.
