Founded in 1970, the company began with Sam’s vision of building and leading a trusted general contracting business grounded in quality craftsmanship and strong values. Through dedication and hands-on experience, Sam established a solid foundation. After completing his education, Jason joined the company and played a key role in its growth and continued success. Under Sam’s mentorship, Jason developed practical, on-the-job expertise, while his time at Purdue University provided a deeper understanding of the technical and strategic aspects of construction. This combination of real-world experience and formal education helped shape the company into what it is today. Now, as the next chapter unfolds, Jason is passing down that same knowledge, work ethic, and commitment to excellence to his sons, Kaden and Brody. With three generations involved, the company continues to honor its roots while looking ahead to a strong and enduring future.
