Privacy Policy: TTD Auto Fill – Form Quickfill

TTD Auto Fill – Form Quickfill (previously TTD Form Quickfill, also called Temple QuickFill) is an independent browser extension for supported TTD booking forms. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by TTD. This policy covers versions 1.4.4 through 1.4.6, including its user-started one-click Fill → Continue → Pay Now flow.

1. Information handled

The extension saves the profiles and preferences you enter locally in your browser. Profiles may include names, ages or dates of birth, gender, identity-document types and numbers, contact and address information, and other booking details you choose to save.

When you request filling, the extension reads relevant form fields and their values to find the correct controls and verify the result. For optional progression it also reads visible pilgrim names, validation messages, button state and nearby review-page text, and checks the current TTD page URL. These checks support the requested flow; they are not browsing-history or activity tracking. There is no analytics, advertising tracking or extension-operated data server.

2. Filling and optional progression

Clicking Fill or Fill All enters selected saved data on TTD. The TTD website can read data entered on its pages. On SED and Sri PAT pilgrim forms, one click on the labelled ⚡ Fill → Pay button fills or verifies all saved pilgrim details, attempts Continue once, waits for the matching review page, then attempts Pay Now once. No checkbox, hover or long press is needed. Popup Fill / Fill All and Option/Alt+A remain fill-only; other booking flows retain fill-only lightning behavior. This submits details through TTD and may hold a ticket and initiate a payment session using the selected slot and displayed amount.

The extension does not select booking slots or automatically retry either button. Bank, card, UPI, CAPTCHA, login and OTP steps remain manual. The extension does not collect bank/card credentials or payment authentication details and does not confirm successful payment. TTD and its payment provider process booking and payment information under their own policies.

The popup displays a voluntary donation UPI address as plain text. All extension features remain free. Donations are handled separately in your payment app; the extension does not process or record donations.

3. Storage and optional encryption

Saved profiles and preferences use local browser extension storage, not an extension cloud account. Optional encryption protects supported stored profile data at rest. If enabled, your passphrase is processed locally to derive a key; the passphrase itself is not saved. Verification metadata is saved locally and an unlocked key is retained in browser session storage until locked or the browser session ends. Backup files are created only when you request export; protect and delete those files yourself.

4. Sharing and transmission

We do not receive, sell or rent your saved profiles and do not send them to an extension-operated server, advertisers or analytics services. However, filling shares selected data with the TTD page, and the optional progression submits it through TTD and begins its payment process. “Stored locally” does not mean data entered on TTD remains private from TTD.

5. Data categories

Personally identifiable information: profile details you enter and select for filling.

Website content: relevant form and review content checked during the requested flow.

Authentication information: an optional local vault/backup passphrase and derived encryption material, used only locally; no TTD passwords, login tokens or OTPs are collected by this implementation.

No health information, personal communications, device geolocation, browsing-history collection or general activity tracking is used. Payment initiation is supported, but bank/card/UPI authentication data is not collected or stored by the extension.

6. Permissions

Storage and unlimitedStorage save user-managed profiles and settings locally. Host permissions are limited to https://ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in/ and https://tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in/. Content scripts inspect and fill supported TTD forms.

Debugger permission is powerful and can expose broader browser capabilities. This implementation uses it for browser keyboard and mouse input after you request filling, and for the two optional progression clicks. It does not inspect network traffic or cookies. The debugger is detached when the operation ends or fails and at checkout or external navigation. No content script runs on external payment gateways. Chrome debugging notices remain visible.

7. Retention and deletion

Saved data remains locally until you edit/delete it or uninstall the extension. Chrome removes that installation’s extension storage when uninstalled. Separately exported backups and data already entered/submitted to TTD are not deleted by uninstalling; manage backups yourself and contact TTD regarding its records.

8. Children

This utility is intended for adults managing bookings. Adults may enter a child’s details as part of an authorized family booking. It is not directed at children.
