Temple QuickFill ("the extension," "we," "our") is a Chrome browser extension that helps a user fill out pilgrim-detail form fields on the official any Temple online booking website with information the user has already typed in and saved.
Temple QuickFill is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Temple. (Note on scope: despite the generic product name, Temple QuickFill currently operates on the Temple booking website specifically it does not yet support other temples' booking sites. This policy will be updated if that changes.)
This policy explains what data the extension handles, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
The extension stores only the information you choose to type into it, organized into "profiles." For each profile, this can include:
Pilgrim details (for up to six pilgrims per profile): full name, date of birth and/or age, gender, ID document type, and ID document number.
Contact details: mobile number, email address, postal address, city, state, country, and PIN/postal code.
The extension does not collect anything beyond what you type into it. It does not use analytics, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting of any kind, and it does not automatically read or collect information from the Temple website or any other website you visit it only reads the specific booking-form fields on the Temple site at the moment you click "Autofill," and only in order to write your saved values into those same fields.
The sole purpose of the stored data is to let you fill in the Temple booking form's pilgrim-detail and contact fields yourself, without retyping the same information every time you book. The extension performs this filling action only when you explicitly click "Autofill Temple Form" in the popup it never fills, submits, or modifies anything automatically or in the background.
All data is stored locally on your own device, using the browser's built-in chrome.storage.local API.
The data is never transmitted anywhere. The extension contains no server-side component, no backend, and no network request of any kind there is no fetch, XMLHttpRequest, or equivalent call anywhere in its code.
The data is not synced to the cloud, not backed up by us, and not accessible to us, Temple, or anyone else because it never leaves your device in the first place.
The data is scoped to the extension by the browser itself, so other extensions and websites cannot read it.
No one. Temple QuickFill does not share, sell, rent, or transmit any user data to Temple, to us (the developer), to any advertiser, analytics provider, or any other third party, under any circumstances. There are no integrations, SDKs, or third-party services embedded in the extension that could receive this data.

activeTab / scripting — to run the autofill action on the current tab only when you click the Autofill button.
Host permission for any Temple booking domain(s) — so the extension can read and fill the booking form's fields on that specific site. The extension does not request access to all websites (<all_urls>), and does not run on any site other than the Temple booking domain(s) listed in its manifest.
Temple QuickFill is a utility intended for use by adults managing travel bookings, potentially including entering a minor's details as one of the pilgrims in a family booking, at the discretion and under the supervision of an adult user. The extension is not directed at children, does not knowingly collect data directly from children, and has no mechanism for a child to interact with it independently of an adult.
