No Reselling or Redistributing Selling, redistributing, leasing, or sublicensing template or its included resources, whether in original or modified form, is not allowed on any platform, including your own site.
One License, One User Each license is for one user. Sharing a license or template across multiple users isn’t permitted.
No Rebranding for Resale You’re welcome to modify the template for your own use, but reselling it isn’t allowed.
⚠️ Additional Terms:
Resale of Templates Reselling our Google Sites Templates- whether modified or in its original form—is strictly prohibited. Even as the original purchaser, resale is a no-go.
Investigation of Unauthorized Sales TemplateHeaven reserves the right to investigate and report any unauthorized sales using public information.
Consequences of Unauthorized Sales Sellers of unauthorized copies must notify buyers, issue full refunds, and inform them that their licenses are void. Unauthorized template sales may result in contacting Merchant of Records and website shutdowns or other legal consequences.
Invoicing for Unauthorized Copies Unauthorized sellers are liable for the full list price of each unlicensed copy sold, payable upon demand.
License Revocation TemplateHeaven reserves the right to revoke any license, at its sole discretion, without issuing a refund.
