One-Week Journeys: Our journeys typically last one week, allowing participants to be home-hosted (overseas and within Australia) and explore a destination in-depth with our hosts, while forming lasting connections with the local community. There are 20 clubs in Australia eg Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide. There are 10 clubs in New Zealand eg Wellington, Christchurch.
For us, travel is about more than taking a vacation. With over 300 clubs and thousands of members worldwide, Friendship Force International connects people with its mission to promote global understanding across the barriers that separate people. Through home-hosting and meaningful travel experiences, participants learn about other cultures, develop a better understanding of our world, and discover our shared humanity.

On a typical week-long program, we offer our visitors a city tour, bus trip to Healesville, picnic in the Dandenongs, winery visits, Mornington Peninsula, museums and so on.
