OVERVIEW:
Born in a dual vault in the Capitol Wasteland, Francisco Hernandez was raised by a relatively happy family in the confines of pre-war safety for much of his young life.
When the vault doors finally opened, his parents had already passed, and the teenager was forced to face the real world on his own. Taken under the wing of a traveler from the south, Cisco grew into his own over time, even meeting and falling in love with a young woman who lived in Rivet City.
Leaving his mentor’s side, the young man attempted to settle down - only to be met with disaster when a local raider gang came calling.
