As the nights draw in, we’re once again supporting This Girl Can’s Let’s Lift the Curfew campaign, raising awareness around women’s safety when getting active outdoors after dark.

We had a brilliant time getting involved last year, so we’re back for more — and we’d love you to join us! 

 The plan? A fun, inclusive evening run around Seaham, from 5K to 5 miles (3K option with Steady Striders).

 Dress bright, light up the night! Wear your most colourful running gear, bring your brightest lights and feel free to bring glow sticks too (encouraged, of course!). 

Let’s light up Seaham, run together and show that the outdoors should feel welcoming and safer for everyone. 

All paces welcome. Come along, bring a friend and let’s lift the curfew together!
