Welcome to Temp Pics. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles your data. Unlike traditional camera apps, Temp Pics is designed to be an "Offline-First" utility. We do not collect, store, or share your personal images on any external servers.

2. Information We Collect and Access

To provide its core functionality, Temp Pics requires access to specific device features:

• Camera: We use your device's camera to allow you to take photos within the app.

• Internal Storage: We save the photos you take to a private, internal directory assigned to the app.

  • Privacy Guard: These photos are not saved to your public gallery (DCIM/Photos) and are not accessible by other apps or cloud backup services like Google Photos.

3. How We Use Your Data

• On-Device Processing: All image processing and storage happen locally on your device.

• No Cloud Sync: We do not upload your photos to any servers.

• No Tracking: We do not collect "Personal Identifiable Information" (PII) such as your name, email, or location.

4. Data Retention and Deletion (Auto-Delete)

The core feature of Temp Pics is the Auto-Delete function.

• Users can set an expiry timer (e.g., 1 hour to 5 days).

• Our app's logic scans the internal directory upon launch and permanently deletes images that have exceeded their expiry limit.

• Once a photo is deleted by the app, it is gone forever and cannot be recovered.

5. Third-Party Services

• Advertising: If the version of the app you are using contains ads, we use Google AdMob. AdMob may collect pseudo-anonymous identifiers (like your Advertising ID) to serve relevant ads. You can reset this ID in your Android System Settings.

• No Data Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your photos or usage data with any third parties.

6. Children’s Privacy

Temp Pics does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since all data remains offline and local to the device, we do not have access to any user-identifying data.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
