We have used our TEM-ImageNet to train a simple U-net to perform the following operations: intensity-preserving super-resolution processing, atomic-column Gaussian mapping, noise reduction, denoising+background removal, atomic-column segmentation, etc. For more information, please visit our AtomSegNet project website.
